Roll up to The Spoke Easy to catch an inspiring film about bicycles. Inspired in part by Vittorio De Sica’s classic The Bicycle Thief, Haifaa al-Mansour’s Wadjda is about “an enterprising Saudi girl who signs on for her school’s Koran recitation competition as a way to raise the remaining funds she needs in order to buy the green bicycle that has captured her interest.” The Spoke Easy has a few local beers on tap in case you need to take the edge off, because this one looks like a tearjerker.
