BreatheINK Youth Poetry Initiative welcomes internationally-renown performance poet Buddy Wakefield.
Three-time world poetry slam champion, Wakefield has performed in 2000+ venues internationally, featured on NPR, the BBC, ABC Radio National and HBO’s Def Poetry Jam. Buddy was also a performer for a national musical tour featuring Ani DeFranco, and most recently has been signed to her record label (Righteous Babe Records).
