In honor of Mental Health Awareness month, a free public screening of "Call Me Crazy" will be shown to destigmatize mental illness and to promote interrventions. A question-and-answer session with mental health professionals will follow. Refreshments will be served.
“Call Me Crazy” features five short dramas addressing mental illness by A-list talent both in front and behind the camera. Issues covered include schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, depression and PTSD. The film was released in 2013, is rated PG-13 and runs for 88 minutes. There is no admission charge.
