Carolina Refugee Resettlement Agency - Welcome Home Dinner

CRRA's "Welcome Home” dinner brings the Charlotte community together with refugees from Ethiopia and Eritrea. All proceeds benefit CRRA.
The menu will feature Sambusa, as an appetizer, and your choice of “Ye Beg Tebs” (Lamb sautéed with pepper, onion, and spices), “Tsebhi Derho” (Chicken with boiled eggs simmered in spicy red sauce), “Zegenie” (Beef Stew seasoned with spicy sauce and specially prepared butter), and “Alitcha” (Variety vegetables including curry lentils, beets, collard greens, onions, and spices)
