Carolinas Wind Orchestra "Cloudburst"
The Carolinas Wind Orchestra (CWO) presents "Cloudburst" on Monday, October 26, 2015 at 7:00 pm. Special guests will be the Marvin Ridge High School Concert Band (MRHSCB). The concert will be at the Marvin Ridge High School auditorium in Waxhaw. FREE ADMISSION.
Highlights of the program include: “Night on Bald Mountain” (Modeste Moussorgsky), “Give Us This Day” (David Maslanka), “Cloudburst” (Eric Whitacre), “Radiant Joy” (Steven Bryant), “Rolling Thunder” (Henry Fillmore), and “Early Light” (Carolyn Breme).
