Charlotte Concert Band "Celebrations"

When: Sat., Feb. 25, 7-8:30 p.m. 2017

The Charlotte Concert Band will present a concert entitled "Celebrations." This concert will highlight some of the most celebrated festive music written for wind band. The program will feature as a guest conductor world-renown composer, James Curnow. It will also include "Festive Overture" by Dimitri Shostakovich, "Celebrations" by John Zdechlik, "La Fiesta Mexicana" by H. Owen Reed, and "Puszta" by Jan van der Roost. Donations will be accepted.
