Cherishing the Craft: Beer & Cheese Pairing

When: Mon., Aug. 7, 5:30-8:30 p.m. 2017

This class will be led by Joe Vogelbacher (Sugar Creek Brewing Co-Founder and Advanced Cicerone) and Rachel Klebaur (Owner of Orrman's Cheese Shop). The class will begin at 6:30 PM and will be structured in five tastings. For each tasting, Joe will educate the class about the beer and Rachel will discuss the cheese. Then the two will discuss what characteristics made each beer and cheese pair well together, to help you pair beer with cheese in the future.
