Chocolate Truffle Making

Led by Chef Bill Dietz, participants will make their own truffle ganache, learn about infusing flavors, and prep and use various treats in the finished ganache. This class is geared for ages 14 and up. Class space is limited and reservations are required. Cost is $60 per person.
