We will host Susie Worcester and her assistants in the Polk Kitchen House Saturday, April 1! They will be publicly available 10 am-3 pm creating wonderful historical dishes. Learn about historical recipes and cooking techniques from a highly skilled group of cooking historians. The sight, smells and sounds of the kitchen will be on display! This event is free to the public! Note: Due to heath regulations, visitors will not be able to sample.
