The next exhibit inside NoDa @ 28th’s little-known arts studio promises to give viewers something to think about. The featured artists are Luis Martin, based in Brooklyn, New York; Jamil Burton, based in Rocky Mount; and Charlotte’s own Jemma L. St. Lawrence. Work ranges from realism to abstract, but the artists’ goal is to speak on behalf of the African and Latino Diaspora through art.
