Davidson Reads: Gwendolyn Heasley and Rebecca Joubin
Gwendolyn Heasley ‘05 and Partin Assistant Professor of Arabic Studies Rebecca Joubin will read from and discuss their recently published books. Heasley is the author of three young adult novels and a digital novella titled The Art of Goodbye. Joubin’s current book is The Politics of Love: Sexuality, Gender, and Marriage in Syrian Television Drama. There is no charge to attend the readings, which begin at 6:30 p.m. in the Smith 900 Room of the Alvarez College Union. For more information call 704-894-2472.
