Deep Stretch RollEasana Yoga with Chrys Kub

Deep Stretch RollEasana combines the myofascial and soft tissue release of foam rolling and massage therapy balls with deep yoga stretches. Led by Chrys Kub, Integrative Physical Therapist, Yoga Therapist, this practice will allow you to learn how to properly use the foam rolling/massage therapy ball techniques to maximize mobility with each technique followed by a specific deep stretch to that area. Combined with the yoga tools of breath and awareness, this practice will leave you feeling relaxed, released and renewed. All levels welcome. No yoga experience necessary. Investment: $18 or a class from your class pass
