MAY 1 -- Cinco de Mayo Sampling. Grab a margarita and celebrate all things Mexico. Cantina is celebrating Cinco de Mayo with a cooking demonstration from the restaurant's chef. Enjoy watching a preparation of their signature Shrimp and Avocado Ceviche-Acapulco Syle dish and tasting it when it's finished. Wash your sampling down with the General Manager's newest cocktail -- the Viva Mexico Avocado. If your mouth waters for more, you can take the recipes home with you and have your own Mexican fiesta.
