Come hear a panel discussion on how the eviction process impacts landlords and tenants in Mecklenburg County. Panel members include: • ISAAC STURGILL is a staff attorney with Legal Aid of North Carolina and represents low-income tenants facing eviction. • SHANAE AUGUSTE is an associate attorney with Loebsack & Brownlee and represents landlords in eviction actions against tenants. • PROFESSOR BRIAN O’SHAUGHNESSY founded the Charlotte School of Law Homelessness Prevention Clinic, in which law students represent low-income tenants facing eviction. • Additional panelists to be announced
