Grounded Yoga Teacher Training: Get Grounded in Children’s Yoga, Module 1

When: Fri., Oct. 23, 1-8 p.m., Sat., Oct. 24, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. and Sun., Oct. 25, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. 2015

In this module you will be introduced to the Grounded methodology and gain proficiency in the 84 Grounded Elevator series poses. You will receive a well-rounded introduction into all aspects of teaching yoga to kids and teens (ages 7 and up). This training was formerly called Level 1: Get Grounded and provides 22 contact hours towards becoming a Yoga Alliance certified Children’s Yoga Instructor.
