The Charlotte Master Chorale and North Carolina Masterworks Orchestra will present "The Sacred and the Secular" at First United Methodist Church on Sunday November 3rd at 7:00 pm. Dr. Kenney Potter will be conducting. This program will feature: Haydn's Te Deum (We Praise Thee); Brahms' Schicksalslied (Song of Destiny); and Mendelssohn's Die Erste Walpurgisnacht (The First Walpurgisnacht). Special guests will be the Young Artists in Residence singing with the choir and orchestra on the Haydn Te Deum. Tickets are $30.00 and are available on CarolinaTix as well as at the door. Student tickets with valid ID are $10.
