This annual three–day festival celebrates Japanese culture, anime and video games, but it’s so much more than that. There’s shopping, gaming, panels, cosplay contests and more. Plus, you never know what kinds of elaborate costumes you’ll see while you’re there. I spy a geisha with technicolor hair, a fluffy, colorful dress and funky stockings.
