JOHN NÉMETH
John Németh brings vocal range and talents as a harmonicist to his brand of blue-eyed soulful blues. Having won a handful of blues awards, his work on the harp is fitting of the songs instead of a flat-out display of power and might a la Blues Traveler’s John Popper. Nemeth instead sits back and lets his vocals take the spotlight far more than his instrumentation. This isn’t the gut-wrenching version either, though. (Jeff Hahne)
