Returning to the Q.C. after a stint at Belk Theater back in March, Broadway’s Kinky Boots is worthy of the foot traffic. It tells the inspirational story of a shoe factory owner who meets an innovative drag queen who helps him turn his biz into a profitable stiletto marketplace. It also challenges stereotypes and reminds us of the need for acceptance at-large.
