Located in the Lilly Family Gallery Chambers Building. What happens to your brain while you sleep? Does sleep effect cognitive and physical performance? How do we achieve long-term mental and neurological health? Are you getting too little or too much sleep? This lecture will explore sleep’s function for learning, gaining insight through dreams, changing our minds when we need to and what it all means for mental health, development, and aging.
