This session is about discovering the link between your physical and subtle body, and between your mind layers and the layers of the universe.
We will explore methods for binding the 5 senses and 5 main body parts in practice. You will understand the 5 binds of the mind, and how they relate
to the five elements of the universe influencing 5 different states of awareness. By gaining deeper knowledge, you will create a safe harbor for physical practice and learn how to control the trajectory of your practice.
