MALCOLM HOLCOMBE
To the ignorant, dudes with acoustic guitars all sound the same. Throw any preconceived notions out the window before you walk into a Malcolm Holcombe concert. Not only is the 59-year-old Asheville resident a stellar songwriter, he’s also quite a storyteller... if his in-between song banter tends to wander, just soak in every entertaining moment. There’s no good reason that Holcombe isn’t a household name. (Jeff Hahne)
