Mama Ricotta's is pleased to present "Mama Needs Her Wine... Dinner," a 4-course meal with individual wine pairings prepared by Chef Paul Cruz, Chef Tom Dyrness and Pastry Chef Chandler Morris. We'll be featuring the bounty of the spring season with fresh local ingredients like ramps, asparagus, strawberries and morels. To complement these bright flavors, we're sourcing a variety of fantastic wines, including some natural wines made without pesticides or sulphites.
