Mama Ricotta's Tomato Dinner
The summer weather is fleeting and we want to make sure to celebrate the farmer's bounty before it's gone. We are setting our Chefs Tom and Paul loose and letting them go off the menu with a Tomato Dinner on Thursday, August 8, from 6:30 to 9 p.m.
Come see what they have come up with to celebrate the sun-warmed tomatoes their farmers have to offer before the season is over. Each course will also be paired with an Italian wine by Vinnie Delillo, our managing somm.
