Melancholy Play

Winthrop University theatre major Sydney Moore directs this student-led production of "Melancholy Play." This play tells the story of an Illinois town that is turned on its head when the beautiful yet sorrowful Tilly moves to town. Everyone can't help but fall in love with her, but when she falls in love with Frank, the town is thrown into chaos. As Tilly grows happier, the people in the town grow sadder. The performance will take place in Johnson Studio Theatre.
