Make way for the hair-raising songstress — and cabaret diva — Meow Meow. Purple passion billows are likely to spread when this cat bites, for she is rated "for mature audiences only." This queen of song comes to Stage Door Theater after acclaimed gigs in New York, London, Berlin and the Sydney Opera House. Meow's eclectic songbag ranges from Bertolt Brecht, Jacques Brel and 1930s Shanghai show tunes all the way to Radiohead and her own kinky originals. Expect her to engage the audience, bidding them to twist her into a Nazi pretzel as she exhumes a protest song from that sordid time and place.
