Professor Siulolovao Challons-Lipton challenged the students in two of her Queens University of Charlotte classes – Creative Literacy and Global Art – to turn their inspiration into creation. In September, the class toured the British Invasion exhibition. Their assignment: Write reflections and interpretations about the artist, style, theme or technique of one of the exhibition's artworks. Students will present their work during the Modern Mondays program. Attendees will walk through the gallery to view the artworks while listening to the students' interpretations.
