New Year's Eve at Baku
Dinner created by chef Michael Shortino. Seatings from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Menu includes 12 “tastes” and a glass of Sokol Blosser “Evolution” sparkling. $110 per person for dinner (plus tax and gratuity). After 8 p.m., guests can savor a set menu of 15 different “tastes,” Chokaisan Junmai Daiginjo Sake paired with the sashimi course, and a Moët & Chandon Rosé Imperial toast at midnight for $165 per person (plus tax and gratuity).
