Nightmares (and Night Terrors)

We've all had nightmares of varying intensity, from falling off cliffs to forgetting about homework assignments. It's a natural process that can't be avoided but leaves an imprint on our minds, or wakes us up with the jitters. Genome gallery's latest exhibit, Nightmares (And Night Terrors), is a reminder of the darker side of the psyche. It showcases a collection of works that artists created around the idea of struggles within the inner depths of our consciousness and subconsciousness. You can expect to see more of Henry Schreiber's creepy, people-like marmots, Hannah Yata's surreal jellyfish, and Robert Page's abrasive in utero frights, in addition to artwork by David Ball, Jeremy Okai Davis and Nicomi Nix Turner.
