Singer-songwriter Reeve Coobs, former member of The Near Misses and daughter of guitar-maker Jack Coobs, has contributed her vocals to numerous local music projects and performances, but her solo work stands on its own as much as anything else she’s done. Combining folk with hints of rock and jazz, Coobs’ vocals can captivate in a single note. Her first solo album, What Love is All About, was released in 2013. (Jeff Hahne)
