Radical Grace
Most of us wouldn’t use words like “radical” or “feminist” to describe a nun, but this film challenges viewers to think again. Released in April, the documentary follows three not-so-submissive sisters who are calling for social justice both in and out of the Catholic church. Now that, takes guts — and prayers sure as hell wouldn’t hurt either. The screening will be followed by a discussion lead by Sister Simone Campbell, a subject in the documentary.
