Before you break out the bubbly this New Year’s Eve, roll out your yoga mat! Join Lee Anne for a two hour Hot Slow Flow Class on New Year’s Eve designed to open and free your hips and hamstrings. Hips and hamstrings are an integral part of feeling good in your yoga practice, and also, they are source of many of our emotions–especially our connection to the past. Using a combination of poses and breathing exercises (pranayama), let go of tightness in the body and mind and be ready to head into 2014 relaxed and confident!
