Saint Motel w/ Hippo Campus
On first listen, Saint Motel sounds like just another radio-friendly, indie-pop band out of L.A. The group changed my mind through a live broadcast from ACL Music Festival that showed depth, improvisation and energy via a horn section. Saint Motel had a couple of hits from their last EP and the first single, “Move,” from last week’s new album, saintmotelevision, is climbing up the charts. Hippo Campus opens.
