Sanity Not Vanity DAY
Join me on Saturday, July 14th, from 9:00-1:00 p.m. for Fitness, Education and Resources. Zoes Kitchen will be on hand with delicious treats, Tropical Smoothie, Swag Bags from ATHLEA, prize giveaways, CIT officers, Radio One, Because Your Tears Matter, Inc. and others. This is the 7th Sanity Not Vanity and it keeps growing with each event. If you can't get by Fitness Connection, stop by ANY of the 19 YMCA's, Lifetime Fitness, or get out out in Charlotte/Mecklenburg County to celebrate Sanity Not Vanity DAY and get those endorphins going. July is National Minority Mental Health Awareness Month.
