In this workshop you will:
be introduced to the philosophy of Sanskrit sounds
understand how those sounds describe ancient yoga traditions
engage the sounds of Sanskrit
understand and practice the 5 unique mouth positions
chant from Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras and The Bhagavad Gita
explore the deeper meanings found in these Sanskrit texts
learn sanyama meditation techniques described in Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras
chant all the bija mantras in the order as they are organized within the chakras
understand that chakras connect the Sanskrit sounds to the movement of prana in the central nervous system
