Sinners & Saints, Bombadil, Cicada Rhythm
Sinners & Saints are a Charlotte favorite, and this show is the album release party for the duo’s new LP On the Other Side. (For more info on the band, check out CL's recent cover story by Pat Moran.) Opening act Bombadil, after losing two longstanding members in 2014 and 2015, almost called it quits. Instead, the Durham folk-pop trio that records for Concord's Ramseur Records regrouped and hit the reset button. Their latest release, Fences, features a stripped-down, guitar-driven sound on Bombadil’s catchiest songs to date. And Cicada Rhythm is a hot, male-female duo from Georgia that should not be missed.
