Join us on Friday, August 18 from 7-8:15pm at Be Yoga Carmel for a donation class benefitting the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. PanCan is a nationwide network of people dedicated to working together to advance research, support patients and create hope for those affected by pancreatic cancer. The class will consist of 45 minutes of Slow Flow followed by 30 blissful minutes of Deep Stretch accompanied by live music featuring Katie Sutton and Josh Vogt. Suggested Donation: $10-$20
