Release the stress of the work week with a yoga session — but not just any yoga session of a pre-determined flow of downward-facing dog into warrior pose. SOLSTICE Yoga Experience is promising a night of meditation, music and free-form movement. Even if all you know is child’s pose, you can find cathartic release with 200 other people, led by yoga expert Jaimis Huff. It’s BYOM, and don’t forget water.
