Somewhere Between Earth and Sky with Artist Thomas Sayre
Friends of the Mint presents sculptor and artist Thomas Sayre. Sayre is the creator of earthcast works in Charlotte: Grandiflora at the corner of Wendover and Randolph Roads and Furrow at the Scaleybark light rail station. Current works by the artist include large scale paintings created with unusual materials.
The program is free and open to the public. There is no museum admission charge on Wednesday evenings. Refreshments are served before the program at 5:30 p.m.
