Soul Food: A Contemporary and Historical Exploration of New South Food CL Recommends

When: Thu., Oct. 2, 6 p.m. 2014
Is there any better eating than soul food? Probably not. James Beard award-winning author Adrian Miller will make that case in a presentation at UNC Charlotte, where he’ll discuss the origins of this American cuisine. The event is the last of three panels focusing on food in the New South. (Kimberly Lawson)
