In celebration of Mother of George directior Andrew Dosunmu to direct a Fela Kuti biopic, we are celebrating the life and music of the Father of Afrobeat...FELA KUTI! We will be reviewing the documentary, Fela Kuti: Music is the Weapon. This event is celebrating the culture and music of Nigeria. We will also have food and drinks to share that will include some authentic Nigerian dishes. We also wish that you come dressed in your colorful African attire. That is optional of course.
