Temple Beth El University - Jewish Controversies in Film: How do Jews use cinema to reflect on these issues? Wednesday evenings: April 2nd, 9th and 23rd, 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Please note that no class will be held April 16 due to Passover. William S. Davis, Adjunct Faculty, Film Studies Program/Languages and Culture Studies Department, UNC Charlotte will explore Jewish stereotypes, intolerance of Jews, and Middle East politics and Israel – topics that are widely approached through movies.
