The Receiver is brothers Casey (keyboards, bass, vocals) and Jesse Cooper (drums, vocals) from Columbus, OH. The band was picked up by New York-based Stunning Models On Display Records and released their debut album “Decades” in 2006. “Length of Arms”. Their sophomore effort "Length of Arms" had its release in late 2009 on Vital Music Records. The band recently signed with Kscope Records (Steven Wilson, Porcupine Tree, Engineers) and released their self-produced third album "All Burn" to critical acclaim in June 2015.
