TWIRL ’N SWIRL 5K

The Arts Empowerment Project, a nonprofit that connects court-involved and at-risk youth to the transformative power of the arts, in conjunction with Charlotte Country Day School, will host Twirl ‘N Swirl 5K and Kids Fun Run, on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at 8:30AM at the Carmel Commons Shopping Center. The 2nd annual event unites the community in honor of Child Abuse Prevention month and to raise awareness and funds for the Judge Bill Jones Memorial Scholarship Fund, which provides resources for abused and at-risk children to pursue private study, special training or personal advancement iin an arts-related field.
