Come be part of history. Celebrate the first United Nations family-friendly community organized day of peace.
Sign up for an open mic opportunity scheduled from 2-3 PM. You can read a poem, sing a song, perform a dance or a play, or anything themed around peace.
At 12 noon and in accordance with cities all over the world celebrating the UN International Day of Peace, we will stop to hold a moment of silence to honor the cessation of violence in the world ~ Peace.
