Uptown Charlotte has a new regime of talented Chefs and culinary artisans getting national exposure. These Chefs are creating masterful cuisine not only through amazing techniques, but also by utilizing the bounty of high quality ingredients via a resurgence of the area farmers & local culinary artisans. On this walking food tour, we will go in-depth with Executive Chefs & their teams to learn their background, see cooking demonstrations, get wine pairing, craft beer, and mixology tastings, and sample the chef's creative specialties. Transportation during a portion of the tour and complimentary Uptown parking is also included.
