Wildlife is abundant in Uptown Charlotte as a pair of Peregrine Falcons and other raptors make center city their home. The Carolina Room and the Raptor Center present an evening of exploration of these beautiful creatures who fascinate us with their aerial skills and bewitch us with their ability to soar high among Charlotte’s tallest buildings. Learn how they survive in an urban environment. The center will also bring three magnificent, and very live, raptors. On sight you will see a Peregrine Falcon, a Red Shouldered Hawk and a Barred Owl.
