If Franco Moschino’s clothing designs were compared to art, they’d be striking a pose in the pop surrealist department. The Italian designer rattled the chains of the high-quality fashion world with his whimsical designs featuring slogans and logos that picked fun at other highfaluting brands. This new exhibit at Mint Museum Uptown highlights some of the sassy designs that he created between 1983 and 1994.
