YIN Yoga, often referred to as the quiet practice, is a more meditative approach to deeply access the physical and energetic body via the connective tissue and fascia.
In this workshop, we will explore the 12 major meridians of the energetic body – the pathway each follows and the element associated, as well as the effects of imbalance in the meridian. After discussing the lines, we will look at the poses which help to activate them. The workshop will conclude with an extended Yin practice*.
