Yoga Stretch & Flow is a class that incorporates mindfulness, breathing, smooth transitions, and holding yoga postures. The first half of class will include a gentle flow to move and energize the body, and the last half of class will be slower, with grounding poses that help to release tension in the body. Expect leg, hip, back, and shoulder openings with longer holds to gain stretch and increased mobility. Find true balance in this moving meditation.
